If you have an image in mind but are unable to draw it due to personal limitations, we can draw a simplified illustration of your image up to the extent that will enable us to create a three-dimensional work in the studio.
Do not forget to read our TERMS OF SERVICE before placing your request/order.
After we receive your order, we will begin meeting with you through X DM or e-mail communication.
We will propose materials and production methods that will best suit your character’s design, and discuss character specifications as well as optional offerings.
We will also discuss with you in detail and provide you with an rough estimate of the amount of your initial deposit. Please be mindful that multiple estimates can be provided at once, but once you are satisfied with the final estimate that works best for you, we ask that you refrain from making any changes to the specifications after it has been agreed upon. Furthermore, we will appreciate it if you would consider the specifications and adjust accordingly until you are satisfied with them.
A submission of DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) is only necessary IF you are commissioning a FULL BEAST SET, HALF SET B, OR ANY ORIGINAL STUDIO CHARACTER FROM US.
When all preparations have been finalized, we will conclude our meeting with a contract for you to sign in writing. You must provide your full legal name (American requirement) and your address at a later time via DM. We require you provide the payment in full.
Please be sure to do so by the due date we provide. Please note that after the contract is signed, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance to the stage of production we stop at.
During our production phase, we will keep you informed of the progress of the production by X post. If you have any concerns about the production status, please contact us at any time to address them. Please know that production will usually take more than six months at a time.
We will contact you again when the work is completed and ready to be sent out. We will ship the work (EMS/DHL shipping) depending on the value of your character. For higher value items, we will use DHS shipping and you will be provided with a DHL tracking number.
External circumstances as your character is shipping overseas may vary. Please be patient during this period. We would appreciate it if you could let us know when your work arrives! Thank you for your patience.
